Faculty who wish to mentor one or more student research assistants for SURP 2025 will complete this Research Assistant application. Explain the Research Assistant role and the training/mentoring plan, name the student or students, and provide any ranking preferences (in case not all requested students can be funded).

These applications are kept confidential from students, who must complete their own separate SURP applications.
